2025 Years 3-6 Camps/ Senior Trips- Additional Considerations Forms

These "Additional Considerations Forms" are for parents and carers who are wishing to notify the school of additional considerations for their child for a school camp or for the Year 6 Senior Trip in 2025.

They are to be completed "in addition" to the QParents Consent Management document provided by the school.

If your child has no additional considerations, these forms do not need to be completed.
