Dear Parents and Carers,

We are about to commence the process of allocating students into class groups for the 2026 school year. Teachers use their professional knowledge and skills to form class groups while considering a range of factors such as:

> A balance of academic abilities across each class
> Social / emotional support needs / skills                                          
> Learning behaviour considerations                                 
> Maturity, independence, responsibility
> Friendships and 'positive learning friendships'                                                                             
> Class size/ teacher allocation ratio
> Previous placements                                                                 
> Physical room size/location and sensory considerations                                                  
      

Please note that this webform is not a "teacher selection device". Any such requests will not be considered. 

Parents/Carers may add any educational information that is relevant to a class placement in 2026. The information provided will be used as only one means of information when placing your child/ren in their 2026 class.

You will be notified of your child/ren's 2026 class teacher/s during the last week of Term 4. This will be followed by a meet-the-teacher transition session for your child/ren.

Please note...
* The final decision re: student placement rests with the Principal and consideration is based on the needs across the entire school.
* Only one child per webform. You will need to submit additional webforms for each child (sorry).
* All Requests for Consideration must be submitted by: 3pm Friday 19th September (Friday of Week 10 Term 3).      
* Due to our timeframes for this work, late submissions will not be accepted or considered.
