l be taking all school photographs on Monday 31^stMarch and Tuesday 1^st April. Students will each receive a school photo envelope to take home this week. Please see the steps below for information on how to order. 

On their photo day, students are to wear full formal school uniform. This is the check shirt or dress, along with black shoes and white socks. They should not be wearing the sports uniform. As per our school dress code, hair that falls below the collar is to be tied back with blue and/or white hair accessories.

To ensure a smooth running day, please note that all photograph orders are either pre-paid online or payment envelopes with cash enclosed are to be handed to the photographer on photograph day only. Payment envelopes cannot be handed into the office or class teacher prior to photo day.

Follow these steps to order:

1. Online orders– visit qldschoolphotography.com.au to order.

Please Note – if ordering online, Queensland School Photography have a record of payment and do not require an envelope to be handed in.

1. Cash Orders- Complete student details on the order envelope. Please fill in one envelope for each Each student is to hand their individual envelope to the photographer on photo day (do not bring cash to school before that date). Please enclose the correct payment as change will not be given.
2. Sibling Photos: Parents wishing to have their children photographed together, please collect a family photos envelope from the school office. If paying cash, sibling envelopes must be handed to the photographers on photo day for the photo to be taken. Sibling photographs can also be ordered online. Please note that sibling photos are only taken before school on each photo day from 8.00am in the school hall.
3. Additional Group Photos: If your child is involved in an additional group photo (eg. Student Council) and you wish to order a copy, please collect the relevant group photo envelope from the school office when they become available. Parents of students in these groups will receive an email from the school once these additional order envelopes are received by the school and available for collection. These additional group photos cannot be ordered online and therefore must have the envelope handed to the photographer on that photo day. All Year 6 students will also receive one of these order envelopes for the whole cohort Year 6 photo available for purchase.
4. Late Orders: Online orders will be open for 1 week after photo day. After this time, a $15 processing fee will apply to all orders.
