It was great to work with internet safety expert, Abi Dargan from YSafe by Quoria in delivering key messages about internet safety to our Year 1-6 students on Thursday 20 March.

The key messages included:

• I protect my personal information online
• Anyone I only know online is a stranger
• I talk to a trusted adult about what I do online
• The internet is public and permanent
• There are rules about what I do online

It was great also, during the evening of the disco, to welcome a strong and engaged contingent of parents into GBLock for an internet safety presentation aimed at parents and carers.

We thank all community members who help to educate and guide their students in their use of technology as a tool for learning and connection.
