Ruby's Round Up!
Term 2 is off and running and I have been very busy. Some photos below of listening to my friends read. I love listening and encouraging them to read and my Mum says that it is one of the benefits of being a therapy dog is that I help young readers build confidence. Just in case you think I am always perfect one day everyone was very busy with their numeracy practise that I thought they had forgotten me so check out what I did below. The children all loved it my Mum was not so sure. But it made us all smile.
My friends in Prep are saying hello when they are out and about. Last week I was heading to go to my toilet spot and all the preps were having a bathroom break as well. Can you see me in the photo? They all wanted a pat.
You will not see me for a few weeks as my Mum is going on a holiday. Don’t worry when she goes on holiday I go and stay with a lovely lady who has a dog friend for me to play with and I really love it there although I miss coming to school.
Keep your eyes out for me at National Simultaneous Storytime. I might not be there in person, but my Mum does not like to miss an opportunity to dress me up.
See you all soon
Love Ruby
