At the end of each year, we provide an optional opportunity for students to purchase a “photobook” as a keepsake memento of their year.

In order to provide permission for your child to have their photo taken for inclusion in their class’s photobook, please login to your QParents Account to complete your permission forms.

Families without QParents Accounts have been sent a hard-copy form via their student, however, additional hard-copy forms are available to be printed here.
