Please Provide Permission for Inclusion via QParents should you wish for your student’s photo to be included

Recently, QParents Permission forms were distributed to seek your permission for your child to be included in the 2025 Class Photo Book process.

Past parent and Professional Photographer, Amanda Keane, will be commencing creating photo books for each class in grades Prep to Year 5 and one book with all of the students in Year 6.

Each book will have a photo of each child in that class with some questions answered by the children.

Amanda Keane photography has been creating these end-of-year mementos since 2017, and they have been very well received by students and parents alike. Photos will be taken by Amanda Keane photography and students will have an opportunity in class to answer the questions that will be included in the book.

As we have moved to QParents this year for school permissions, in order for your child to be included in their class’s photobook for 2025, we ask that you please complete the permission link within your QParents portal, which you will have also received as an email link.

We kindly ask that this permission is provided by Friday 19 September 2025, to enable production of photo books to occur in Term 4. 

Providing consent does not mean that you need to purchase a book. For those interested in purchasing a book, please note that orders will be able to be placed at www.amandakeane.net during Term 4.

The books are a 6x8 inch soft cover and will be available for purchase by any parents wanting a great keepsake from their child’s year at Windsor.

The books for Prep - Year 5 will cost $30 as will the Year 6 books, however, please note that we will be presenting each Year 6 student with a photobook, as organised by the school at their Graduation Ceremony.
