As Term 3 draws to a close, it’s important to reflect on the many highlights that have made the last ten weeks so successful.  From the excitement and energy of our school musical, to the adventures and teamwork experienced at camps and excursions, our students have embraced opportunities to learn, grow and shine. During my recent visit to year 5 camp, I was nothing short of overwhelmed by what I observed and heard -authentic student leadership learning, connection with one another and the outdoors and student voice. I was reminded that a high-quality schooling experience is certainly not confined to the four walls of a classroom.

In saying this, thank you to the many busy families and friends who supported our Semester Two Show and Shine afternoon. These special events, alongside the everyday achievement in our classrooms, remind us of the joy and impact that comes from being a part of such a connected and supportive school community.

Enhancing our School

Our beautiful school environment is one that requires a great deal of maintenance. It is also a large and evolving learning space which I believe, should reflect who we are. Recently I was impressed by the initiative of Elka and Eliza, two motivated year 5 students, who gathered student opinions and ideas on how to enhance our school. They decided to survey the senior school, collate results and with the help of AI tools (and Mrs Barlow), were able to establish a solid list of stellar ideas. We have combined these student ideas with those from teaching staff, to create the below survey for our parent community.

We invite all interested families to complete this survey as we finalise our top ideas for P&C fundraising initiatives in 2026 and beyond. Thank you for your time.

Swimming Term 4

We are delighted to be diving back into the pool! Term 4 will see the re-commencement of weekly swimming lessons during PE with Mr Kurtz. Thank you to all parents who have signed up to help with these lessons particularly in the junior school. Please note that lessons will commence in Week 1 of Term 4.

We will also see lights back on every Friday night for weekly Sea Wolves swim club meets. For those seeking further swimming lessons, we also welcome back the team from Ripple Swim School who will be hiring our pool before and after school Monday- Thursday, windsor@rippleswim.com.au

We will all enjoy our new Windsor Blue grandstands and thank our Business Manager, Mrs Nikki Gannon, for her project management of this beautiful new part of our pool facility.
