During Term 4, Mrs Lesley Wallace will take up a temporary Advisory position at Norris Road State School. As our HOSE (Head of Special Education), Mrs Wallace is a highly valued professional. Her capability has been recognised by the Metropolitan North Region which has led to the request that she be released from her role at Windsor for 10 weeks, returning in term 1 2026. While away she will be sharing her expertise and supporting the set up of systems and structures for inclusion, with the impact of this potentially being used as a model of practice across other school sites.  

During Mrs Wallace's absence an experienced inclusion teacher,  Mrs Lauren Peters will be stepping into the HOSE shoes with the remainder of our familiar Personalised Learning team also tweaking their roles and responsibilities. In addition, we welcome Mrs Nell Peterson who will join the PL team during term 4. I know that you will make these new and returning staff faces feel welcome at Windsor as they continue the support of your children.
