Developing good character in our kids- Both whilst on School Camps, but also everyday

The cartoon says it all, doesn’t it…..we love our kids. Regardless of the days they drive us nuts, we’re proud of them and we want the best for them. But sometimes, kids need more than just our love. To develop strong character and make appropriate ethical decisions, kids also need a moral compass and they need practise in how to use it. We can’t always be by their side to guide them in relationships, choices or risk taking, but as their first teachers, we can role model good character and talk about our family values.
